[ Natasha comes round to pick him up for training, everyday, at 8am. This time, she comes around at 8:30. Her hair's different, straighter, maybe a little lighter. She apologizes for her lateness with coffee, and she doesn't see a problem with taking the extra half-hour until nine to drink it, sitting on the front steps of his apartment building.
There's a ginger cat that slinks by. Maybe it knows Natasha's not a cat person; it seems to like Steve, at least, winding itself around his ankles with a small mew. ]
